Group Work

Introspection is a deeply individual activity. However, the work of getting to know yourself doesn't have to happen alone. The following workshops are available for groups and can be tailored to fit the needs of your organization.

Ask about:

Me, Myself & Why (MMW)

MMW is a 45-minute session designed to help participants focus intently on one #biglifequestion.
This workshop is for you if:

  • You could use more clarity
  • You answer important questions with "I don't know."
  • You are ready to drown out the noise of the world and hear from yourself.

Would I Marry Me? (WIMM)

So many of us plan for our future/current spouse by making a list of what we want. Unfortunately, too often, we haven't taken the same inventory of ourselves. We don't know what we bring. My father would say, "You can only control the fool driving your car."
WIMM is a 3 1/2 hour workshop offering a deliberate and detailed look at the person we are bringing into lifelong partnership with someone else.

Trigger Points

Normally when we hear the term trigger point we think the places on our body where if they're pressed could render us immobile or dead. . . . This workshop is about discovering our emotional triggers. Learning what they are can better equip us to handle the havoc they bring.

Core Values

One of the most important #biglifequestions we can ask ourselves is "What's most important?" The Core Values Assessment gives you a chance to examine what's most important and why.

Communication Styles

Knowing your own communication style can save you grief in conversations where you don't feel heard and/or you don't understand the "way" someone else is speaking.

Learning my communication style was a major "Aha" moment for me. What kind of friend would I be if I didn't want the same for you?

Personal SWOT

Mr. Albert Humphrey is accredited with developing the SWOT (Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats) Analysis. It's normally used in a corporate context, but let's see how we can apply the theory to our personal lives and help uncover the answers to some other #biglifequestions.
